I hereby voluntarily relinquish, any presumed or actual, res in trust to the foreign jurisdiction known as the municipal corporation of the District of Columbia, a democracy, also known as the “United States” pursuant to 28 USC, section 3002, and hereby return to the Republic. Any and all past and present political ties implied by operation of law or otherwise in trust with the democracy are hereby dissolved. I, Ricardo S. Giron, have full power to contract, establish commerce as guaranteed by the full 10 Amendments to the Bill of Rights to this Constitution for the [u]nited States of America, a Republic.
