I, Ricardo S. Giron, Sui Juris, in the name of the Almighty, Sovereign Creator, By my Statement of Expatriation/Renunciation of U.S. citizenship solemnly Publish and Declare my Right to expatriate absolute, pursuant to 15 United States Statute at Large, also known as the “Expatriation Statute”;

“Whereas the right of expatriation is a natural and inherent right of all people, indispensable to the enjoyment of the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness; and whereas in the recognition of this principle this government has freely received emigrants from all nations and invested with the rights of citizenship; and whereas it is claimed that such American citizens, with their descendents, are subjects of foreign states, owing allegiance to the governments thereof; and whereas it is necessary to the maintenance of public peace that this claim of foreign allegiance should be promptly and finally disavowed: Therefore, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That any declaration, instruction, opinion, order, or decision of any officers of this government

which denies, restricts, impairs, or questions the right of expatriation, is hereby declared inconsistent with the fundamental principles of this government.”

Affidavit

I, Ricardo S. Giron, Sui Juris, a Sovereign, Natural Born Citizen of the Republic of Texas, being of sound mind and body, hereby make the following statements of my own free will, with full knowledge and with full intent:

1. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times into the future, renounce any, presumed or actual, “United States” citizenship/U.S. citizenship in the jurisdiction of Washington, District of Columbia, also identified as the Federal Corporation “United States” in 28 USC, section 3002, “and all duties of allegiance and fidelity thereunto pertaining”, and all of its (United States) political subdivisions, be they national, state or local in nature.

2. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times into the future, renounce any, presumed or actual, U.S. citizenship/United States citizenship under 8 USC, section 1401.

3. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, expatriate from the political jurisdiction of the federal “United States” and all of its (United States) political subdivisions, be they national, state, or local in nature.

4. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, expatriate from the political jurisdiction of the “corporate, municipal legislative democracy known as Washington, District of Columbia”, and all of its political subdivisions, be they national, state, or local.

5. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, reject any presumed benefit of the 14^th Amendment Public Charitable Trust/public municipal trust, whether stated or unstated.

6. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, reject any so called “Privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States” granted by the 14^th Amendment Public Charitable Trust/public municipal trust, whether stated or unstated.

7. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, claim my state Citizenship of the Republic of Texas, Sovereign, Natural Born Man, Citizen of the Soil, in full and unencumbered.

8. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, renounce any “unilateral contracts of adhesion” under Roman civil law/14^th Amendment Charitable Public Trust, that I may have entered into in the past, by my silence or otherwise, and hereby rescind my signature “nunc pro tunc” on all forms, licenses, and contracts, for fraud and lack of disclosure on the part of the “United States” and its agents, all federal corporate officers under oath to this corporate, “United States” and all of its political subdivisions, be they national, state, or local.

9. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, declare my status of “Sui Juris” and that of Sovereign, Natural Born Man, Citizen of the Soil of the Republic of America.

10. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, declare that I am a non-citizen National pursuant the 8 USC, section 1101(a)(21) et. seq.

11. I hereby voluntarily declare that I do not consider the status of U.S. citizenship a “prized status”, see United States v. Matheson.

12. I hereby voluntarily declare that I consider the status of “U.S. citizenship/ United States citizenship”, a status of slavery, that of a subject to a King. I categorically reject such status and have never had such status.

13. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, renounce and rescind, any and all, presumed or actual, licenses and/or contracts that I may have or had with the “United States/“corporate, municipal legislative democracy known as Washington, District of Columbia”, and all of its political subdivisions, be they national, state or local in nature.

14. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, revoke and reject any jurisdiction “international law”, also known as “admiralty/maritime law”, the law of the sea, may have over me as a Natural Born Man, Citizen of the Soil, an indigenous Man.

15. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, reject any benefits of “Roman civil Law” that allow me to discharge “debt”.

16. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, declare that I am a member of the “states of this union”, the “Republic”, as stated in this Constitution for the united states of America, Article IV, section 4.

17. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, declare that I, Ricardo S. Giron, am no longer subject to the compulsion of “compelled performance” arising from the 14^th Amendment Public Charitable Trust/public municipal trust, also known as “United States” citizenship.

18. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, repudiate the “validity of the public debt” identified in the 14^th Amendment, section 4.

19. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, relinquish any presumed or actual res in trust, existing by operation of law or otherwise, about my citizenship, to the foreign jurisdiction known as the municipal corporation of the District of Columbia, a democracy, and thereby return to the Constitutional Republic envisioned by our founding fathers.

20. I do hereby declare and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, that I have already expatriated from the municipal corporation of the District of Columbia, also known as the federal corporation, the “United States”.

21. I hereby voluntarily and starting at my birth on June 30^th, 1957 and all times in the future, further declare that this document SHALL NOT serve as evidence that I ever was such a citizen of the United States indicated above. In fact, the opposite is true: I have NEVER been a citizen or a resident of the “United States” appearing above and any presumption to the contrary asserted by the “United States” municipal government is now and forever rebutted.

22. I hereby further voluntarily declare that the land commonly known as “41 Mirasol Drive, Las Vegas, New Mexico”, is my land and is not subject to any corporate, “de facto government” identified as the federal corporation the “United States” also known as the District of Columbia. This land at “41 Mirasol Drive, Las Vegas, New Mexico” is an independent, sovereign and autonomous country which I own and inhabit. This land at “41 Mirasol Drive, Las Vegas, New Mexico” is under my civil authority.

23. I, Ricardo S. Giron, have full power to contract under common law, and to establish public law merchant commerce as guaranteed by this Constitution for the united states of America, and the full 10 Amendments to the Bill of Rights to this Constitution for the [u]nited States of America, a Republic.
