Necessity-the secret, undisclosed war against America-aka THE MATRIX

The Constitution for the united States of America is the Supreme Law of the Land, Article VI, paragraph 2.   All statutes and laws enacted by Congress must be in harmony with the Constitution.  Any statute or law enacted by Congress that is in contradiction or disharmony with the Constitution is null and void from the beginning.  It creates no duties, creates no rights, imposes no obligations or duties upon any Citizen of the united States of America.  It is as if it never existed.  Marbury v. Madison, United States Supreme Court, 5 U.S. 137.

This Supreme Court decision has been challenged hundreds of times by attorneys attempting to be the one the overthrow this decision.  This decision stands firm and has never been overturned.

So then, the basic question is this;  Can an act enacted by Congress that is repugnant and out of harmony, to this Constitution for the united States of America become law?

The so-called PATRIOT ACT USA has been analyzed and torn apart by thousands of American Citizens and research groups and pretty much all of them agree that the PATRIOT ACT USA guts the Bill of Rights.

In light of this, one must again ask a fundamental question;  Is this Constitution for the united States of America the Supreme Law of the Land or not?  Article VI, paragraph 2 clearly states that it is.  So then, “the Constitution is either a superior, paramount law, unchangeable by ordinary means [or acts of Congress], or it is on a level with ordinary legislative acts, and like other acts, is alterable when the legislature shall please to alter it”.  Marbury v. Madison.

If the Constitution is in fact the Supreme Law of the Land, then no ordinary act of Congress can supersede it’s superiority.  Any legislative act contrary to the Constitution is not law and can never be law, no matter the pomp or ceremony used in enacting such an act.  The standard method of operation in Washington, D.C. is as follows.  Enormous pomp and ceremony, televised and broadcast to the entire nation, always follows the enactment of unlawful acts, statutes and laws.  This is a self-congratulatory attempt to disguise these unlawful acts.  And we Americans swallow it hook, line and sinker.

In the first paragraph of this article it was established that this Constitution for the united States of America is the Supreme Law of the Land.  Any statute or law out of harmony with this Constitution is null and void from the beginning.  Any court decision that is out of harmony with this Constitution, is null and void.  The Bill of Rights clarified for the government, that the rights enumerated therein, are God-given rights, not rights given to men by other men or governments, and that these rights are Sacred and untouchable.  They cannot be removed or abrogated by any government or any man or any corporation, under any circumstance.

For these very reasons, the PATRIOT ACT USA is null and void from the beginning.  It creates no duties, creates no rights, imposes no obligations or duties upon any Citizen of the united States of America.  It is as if it never existed.  Marbury v. Madison. By it’s very un-Constitutionality, the PATRIOT ACT USA, is self-canceling.

It is the sworn duty of the Sheriff of San Miguel County to protect the Citizens of the County against all crime, and un-Constitutional actions on the part of the Federal government, the State government, the County government, and the City government.

Let it be known to all men and women of San Miguel County that the so-called PATRIOT ACT USA, is un-Constitutional, null and void, self-canceling and thus has never existed and shall never exist, in San Miguel County, the Republic of New Mexico.
